GizmoChina says that Qualcomm’s CEO confirmed that the Snapdragon 830 processor will be made on a 10nm process, and should be released early next year. 
It’s likely that at least one version of the Galaxy S8 will have a Snapdragon 830 processor inside, and so will many other flagship devices from the competition. 
What’s exciting about this rumor is the 10nm process manufacturing detail. By moving to 10nm chip technology, 
 
Qualcomm will be able to make faster and more energy-efficient processors. Since Samsung is going to actually manufacture the new Qualcomm silicon, it’s likely that next year’s Exynos processors will also be 10nm chips. That’s because Samsung typically uses both Exynos and Snapdragon processors in its top mobile devices, but tries to offer the same overall smartphone performance.. 
 
It’s not just Android that’s about to make the jump to 10nm silicon. Apple’s future iPhone is also expected to pack 10nm chips, which should be made by TSMC. MediaTek is also rumored to be working on its own 10nm chips for mobile devices. 
 
It’s unclear so far what a 10nm Snapdragon 830 processor will have to offer, but GizmoChina says that earlier rumors suggested the processor will use a 10nm FinFET process and Kyro 200 architecture, featuring an Adreno 540 GPU, X16 baseband that supports download speeds of up to 980Mbps, LPDDR4X RAM support, and 4K/2K video recording at 60fps, among other things.

Traffic Origins 
Open up your Google Analytics dashboard and click on 'Acquisition'. You should see a few options, but you want to pull 'All Referrals' so that you can the entire list of visitors. 
 
Next to the referral path will show a few links with a number of how many people visited your site from that link. From here you can click on the link and find out the reason for the traffic. Maybe someone has written a review on the service, you can check to see if the advertisement campaign you are operating is producing results.

What is the difference between padding and margins?

For those who would like to know more about HTML and CSS, today we will see about the difference between margin and padding CSS properties which allow us to add blank space between the HTML elements, preventing the elements from getting 'stuck' together. 
 
Although both possess similar functions, each has its particularity. 
 
1. Padding determines the inner margins, being responsible for determining the distance between the content of a given element and its border. 
 
2. Margin is applied to the outside of an element affecting how far the element is away from other elements.

If you define a single value, the distance applies to all sides, so it will be applied to the 4 sides of the HTML element that you want to modify.

margin: 10px (top and bottom) 5px (left and right); 
 
 
If it helps to do it visually, think of an A4 page of type inside a picture frame. The margin is the space between the edge of the sheet of paper and the other elements (the parts of the frame) and the padding would be the space between the edge of the sheet and where the type starts on the page. The border would be the edge of the sheet of paper. 
 
It's probably easier to understand if you have borders, then it also becomes obvious which one to use. Do you want the "space" after the border (outside the element = margin) or before the border (inside the element = padding).

The process requires you to submit your personal data including your phone number, email address, a bio, profile photo, header photo, birthday information and a website. Mobile Services Generated 6.7% of Africa’s GDP amounting to $150 Billion in 2015

GSMA released their report titled The Mobile Economy Africa 2016. The report talked of the fledgling mobile industry in the African continent while at the same time giving insight on the future direction. According to the report, half of Africa’s population subscribe to mobile services, totaling to over 500 Million users. The report places Egypt, Nigeria and South Africa as leaders in terms of number of subscribers,which accounted for a third of the total subscriber base. The report states that Africa will over the next 4 years add 168 Million new subscribers of mobile services bringing the number to 725 Million by 2020 while mobile penetration will rise to 54%.

Mobile broadband connections accounted for a quarter of total connections at the end of 2015, but will rise to almost two-thirds by 2020. The number of smartphone users has hit 226 million with strong uptake in Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. 
 
With increasing connectivity, mobile has begun to play an important role in economic development. The report notes that mobile technologies and services contributed 6.7% of Africa’s GDP, with an economic value of % $150 Billion. The mobile ecosystem supported 3.8 million jobs in 2015 including workers directly employed in the ecosystem and jobs indirectly supported by the sector. The result of this was a contribution of $17 Billion in the form of taxation to the public sector. 
 
GSMA says mobile will continue to play an even more significant role going forward. The report predicts that by 2020,mobile will contribute 7.6% to African economies with an economic value of $210 Billion. The number of jobs supported will increase to 4.5 million by 2020, while the tax contribution to the public sector for $20.5 Billion. Mobile operators will also be direct beneficiaries of these growing interconnections with revenues growing from the current 53.5 Billion to 61.3 Billion by 2020.

This is great news for the site as it tries to make sure its 300 million plus users stay in the platform. It also comes at a time when they introduced Live Video on its platform which was implemented in the coolest way possible.

In years before, there was nothing like autorenewal of data plans by any network provider until few years ago when they "Nicodemously" introduced it. Like I said earlier, it can be nice in some situations but at the same time dangerous in other.

I was once a victim to etisalat reckless deduction of money via their data auto renewal without even my consent and i tried many codes to "opt out" but nothing happened until i contacted their Customers Care via Twitter and they released the main code to use in deactivating it. After that, i was safe. Follow me along as i show you the codes to "stop data auto renewal" 
 
How To Stop Data Auto Renewal 
 
Airtel: 
If you use airtel network, you would agree with me that once you subscribe to airtel BIS or some other airtel data plans, the plan will automatically be renewed after the expiring or validation date but to stop it, just text “StopAutoRenew" to 440 (without quotes) 
 
MTN: 
Although MTN is not actually as serious as Airtel when it comes to automatic renewal of data but there are still some MTN plans that carries the auto renewal tag and to deactivate it, simply text “No” to 131 (without quotes) 
 
Etisalat: 
Etisalat is another network that many subscribers fell victim to although they use to send warning messages to let you know that data renewal applies once your active subscription expires. This is regular with Etisalat Social pak data plans, Etisalat BB10 plan and others. To cancel auto renewal on etisalat, dial *229*0# or text “Stop” to 229 
 
Remember on Etisalat network, you have to dial this code again anytime you subscribe for new data plan because etisalat did it in such a way that, any new data plan carries the auto renewal feature. So you are to dial the codes on any new subscription. 
 
Glo: 
It is no more news that once you are subscribed to any glo data plan, chances are that it will get renewed immediately it reaches validity date and as long as the credit on your SIM is up to to the amount for that data package, it will be deducted. So if you are not ready for such, you can simply Opt out of cancel auto renewal on glo by texting “Cancel” to 127 (without quotes)

How To Set Up Android Device Manager 
 
Step 1 
 
First need to head over to 
 
<a href="http://www.google.com/android/devicemanager">www.google.com/android/devicemanager</a> 
where you’ll be prompted to accept Google’s request for location data. As this is a tracking service it’s necessary to do this for the feature to work properly. 
 
Step 2 
 
If you already have a Tecno device with location services turned on then it should automatically appear on your list. Here you’ll see the current position of your handset, along with the last time it was used. 
 
Step 3 
 
To switch between devices click on the name and a drop down menu will appear. Select another model and you’ll be taken to the map screen for that one instead. You can also rename each device by clicking on the pencil icon. 
 
Step 4 
 
To step up a new device you’ll need to visit the App Store on the handset itself, then search for the Android Device Manager app. There are a few similar apps, so look for the one with the green circle and target in the middle 
 
Step 5 
 
Tap the install button and you’ll be presented with another Welcome screen requesting to use your location data. As in Step 1 you’ll need to agree to this if you want to use the service. Tap Accept and you’re ready to go. 
 
Step 6 
 
The screen should now look remarkably like the one in Step 2, this is because the Android Device Manager app basically uses the web interface to run the service. Once your device has found a GPS signal it should appear on the drop-down menu. 
 
Step 7 
 
Now you can take a closer look at the features available. Beneath the device name there are two different icons - Ring, and Set up Lock & Erase. We’ll look at how each of them work in turn, starting with Ring 
 
Step 8 
 
Selecting the Ring option will allow the app to make your device announce itself at maximum volume for five minutes, even if it’s locked and set to vibrate. This is particularly useful if you’ve lost it somewhere in the house. 
 
Step 9 
 
Selecting Setup Lock and Erase will return a dialog box telling you that you need to send the device a notification. Tap Send and you’ll see a message appear in your notification bar for Android Device Manager, tap this. 
 
Step 10 
 
You’ll now be taken to the settings for the app, where a pop up box will ask if you want to activate the device administrator? Agree to this and your device will now have access to all the security features. 
 
Step 11 
 
The Lock option will now allow you to remotely create a new password for the lock screen, while Wipe is the choice of last resort. Essentially it’s a factory reset which removes all of your data from the device.Very effective in the event of a theft. 
 
So With This Way, You Will Be Able To Find,Trace And Track Where You Misplaced Your Most Costly Devices 
 
Note: Your GPS Must Always Be Switched On In Your 'Big' Phones.. If Not It'll Not Work

Twitter stops supporting its widget on the beta Android app

When widgets were introduced on Android, they saved you the trouble of launching the app to access some of its features. Widgets have a visual punch since they display specific information right on your homescreen pane. 
 
Twitter for Android has had widget support for a while now where you could do a bunch of things like scroll through your timeline and getting a flurry of updates at a glance without launching the app. However, we know that the app industry is very dynamic and anything can change and thanks to this fact, Twitter has made a significant change to its app.

If you have the beta Twitter for Android app, you will notice that the company has dropped support for the widget when you add it to your homescreen. The notice reads “This widget is no longer supported by Twitter. Feel free to delete this widget and use the Twitter app instead.” 
 
It is rather surprising Twitter has decided to drop widget support for their Android app. The developers tasked with updating the app over there at Twitter probably have their reasons for this move which I can bet is maybe they have data on its use, which I presume is quite low so it warrants dropping support for it. However, this news could be bad for people who use the widget constantly and will lament this decision. 
 
This feature was quickly updated to the beta version from the alpha version as noticed by Android Police and it could mean it is on its way to the stable version that the masses currently have. This also comes at a time when they formally released the Night Mode theme to the masses after being under test in the beta version for a month.

Samsung to Launch Tizen Smartphones in Nigeria very Soon see specs and images

Samsung is also said to be keen on using these markets in Asia and Africa as testbeds for its Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure before rolling it out in Europe and the Americas. 
 
In Kenya, Samsung has been selling entry-level 4G smartphones with a lot of success despite increased competition from Chinese brands like Tecno and Infinix. With Safaricom, the largest mobile operator by subscriber base, testing its 4G network in major towns across Kenya, 4G capability has become a must-have feature on every smartphone entering the market regardless of the target segment of the market. 
 
Last year, during the Kenyan unveiling of the 2015 editions of the Galaxy J5 and J7 smartphones, Simon Kariithi, the Internet and Mobile Business Leader at Samsung Electronics East Africa, had told us that the company was mulling introducing Tizen smartphones in the Kenyan market but he did not provide a timeline. 
 
The Samsung Z2 will be Samsung’s third Tizen smartphone to go to market when it launches in October and the fourth Tizen smartphone overall to be unveiled. The Samsung Z never saw light of day after its planned launch in the Russian market was cancelled and we never heard about it again. The Samsung Z1 was the first Tizen smartphone to go to market and was an instant success in India and neighbouring Bangladesh. Oddly, Samsung went with the Samsung Z3 for the Z1’s successor and only is the Z2 getting any mention. 
 
Other than 4G network capability, the Samsung Z2 is also said to pack 1GB RAM and an AMOLED display as well as the S Bike Mode that Indian users of budget Android smartphones from Samsung like the Galaxy J2 have been having. A notable feature of the device is said to be Remote Assistance which allows users to call for assistance from call centres.

Twitter Stickers Have Gone Live For All

Stickers are one of the photo editing tools social networking sites are adding due to the fact they are fun to use and increase engagement on their platform. Facebook has them on their official app and also on Messenger and Snapchat has them in form of cool millenial centric ones and the ones provided by their Bitmoji acquisition.

Unlike the other categories, the first category is quite interesting where you see these stickers imported from the other categories further categorized into #sticktogether, Food fight, Extreme weather and the likes. You can now go ahead and drag a sticker to the photo and share it to your followers. 
 
One of the coolest things about the stickers is that when you tap on them, it opens a new timeline which shows how people are using the specific stickers. The question that now lingers is that if this change will lead to more people using Twitter and the data of its use will be of interest to judge its popularity. This update also comes quickly after they effected the Night Mode for all after being in test for a month too.
