I don't know if it's magic or what. In fact, am totally bemused at what this game is causing all over the world just barely 2 months of launch. The game known worldwide as "Pokemon Go" has set a new record on Apple Store as the "most downloaded app" in just one week.
The game is currently one of the top trending tech topic globally since this month as it has already recorded 7.5 million downloads in United States Of America alone.
Meanwhile, Apple didn't release the overall or combined statistics of all the downloads from other regions where Pokemon Go has officially launched like Canada, Japan and other 26 European nations. Am sure that number will escalate if the combined statistics is released.
Although other countries like Nigeria, China, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Korea and many more are downloading the game from unofficial sources as its not being officially launched in these countries and their stats are hidden.
Recall that Pokémon Go is a free-to-play location-based augmented reality mobile game developed by Niantic for iOS and Android devices.
